Brandee Gerow, MS, NSCA-CPT
Brandee completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science at Oregon State University and her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at California University of Pennsylvania. She specializes in injury prevention, prenatal and postnatal fitness, and exercise for individuals post injury/rehab. Brandee is certified as a Personal Trainer, Clinical Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Certified Yoga Teacher. Her professional fitness experience includes personal training in gyms and corporate wellness facilities, group exercise instruction, cardiac rehabilitation, wellness coaching and health education. Jessica Beauchemin, ACSM-CPT
Jessica is currently working on a bachelors degree in nutrition at Oregon State University. Jessica has been teaching yoga to adolescents and adults for the last three years and she has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. With 8 years of experience teaching high school science, health and physical education, Jessica is well-equipped to work with yoga students of all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities. She also works as a personal trainer at clients’ homes in the Corvallis area. She is interested in helping individuals strive for wellness by incorporating personalized nutrition and fitness strategies into their daily lives.

Erin Mitchell, MPH (Health Promotion and Education), BS Health Sciences
Kripalu certified in 2004, Erin has been teaching for 9 years and involved in a personal yoga practice for over 13 years. She enjoys creating a playful environment for the exploration of stillness, movement, and meditation. Her classes vary from dynamic and energizing to quiet and meditative.
Erin has experience offering yoga to under served populations, including seniors, at-risk youth, and minority populations, as well as experience and has been involved in research with yoga.
Mara Bateman, BA
Mara Bateman has a Bachelors of Arts in Dance from the University of Oregon. She has completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and has been practicing yoga for five years, dancing for many more. Her combination of dance technique and pedagogy training as well as yogic studies have given her a strong understanding of body mechanics and alignment. Her classes focus on energy flow, alignment, grace, and centering.
